CarsCorner Belgium processes the data you entrust to us for one simple purpose: to reply to you. This page describes what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to ask for its deletion.

What we collect, and why

Appointment request

Your name, your phone number or email address, the preferred date and time slot, any message you add, and the vehicle concerned.

Part-exchange request

Your name, your phone number or email address, the make, model, year and mileage of your vehicle, and any message you add.

This processing is necessary to answer your request and for the pre-contractual steps you take by contacting us. We do not ask for your consent for this, because consent you could not refuse would not be consent. We never use these details for marketing without asking you separately.

How long

Requests are kept for 2 years from the day they arrive. After that, the personal data is erased and only an anonymous trace of the request remains, for statistics. We therefore do not keep who you are, only that a request took place.

Who has access

The CarsCorner Belgium team, and our email provider to deliver the confirmation messages. No data is sold or passed on for advertising.

Your rights

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Have it corrected if it is inaccurate.
• Ask for its deletion.
• Object to its processing.

Write to info@carscorner.be. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, dataprotectionauthority.be.
